Refund Policy

• Free draft first. You see the whole video as a free draft before you pay anything, and you can change it as often as you like.
• Full refund within 14 days, no questions. For 14 days after you pay there's a Refund me button on your order page. It refunds the full $89 to the card you paid with. After a refund the download links stop working.
• Late video, automatic refund. We promise your HD video within 12 hours of payment. If it isn't ready by then, we refund you in full automatically, and we still send the video when it's done.
• If we can't make it. If something fails on our side and we can't deliver your video, we refund you in full automatically.
• After 14 days, write to support@sunlitreel.com with your order number and we'll do what's fair.

Refunds usually show on your card within 5-10 business days.
