These terms apply when you use sunlitreel.com ("Sunlit Reel", "we", "us"), which is run by App Business Ventures LLC. By placing an order you agree to them.

What we sell

Memorial tribute videos: a slideshow video with music, titles and optional captions, assembled by our software from photos the buyer uploads, with AI repair of damaged photos, delivered as downloadable MP4 files. Your video is assembled by our software from your photos and words; damaged photos are repaired with artificial intelligence (AI). You see the whole video as a free draft before you pay.

Your order and your content

• You must be at least 18 years old to order.
• You confirm that you have the right to share what you send us (names, stories, photos) and that it doesn't break anyone's rights or the law. Only upload photos of people who agreed to it, or of your own children.
• We may refuse or stop an order whose content is hateful, sexual, violent, threatening, defamatory or illegal, or that uses other people's trademarks or copyrighted material. If we refuse a paid order, we refund it.
• You keep any rights you have in what you send us. You give us permission to use it only to make, deliver and support your order.

What you get

When you've paid, you may use your video for personal, non-commercial purposes: keep it, show it at a funeral, memorial service or gathering, give copies to family and friends, and post it online. The music in it is our own recording, licensed to you for these uses. Reselling the video or using it in advertising needs our written permission.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown before you pay and include everything for digital products unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. Promo codes can't be combined unless stated.

Delivery

Your free draft is usually ready in about 30 minutes. After you pay, your HD video is delivered on your order page within 12 hours (usually within the hour), and we email you the link; if it's late, we refund you automatically. If something goes wrong on our side and we can't deliver, we refund you in full. Keep the link to your order page: anyone with it can open your order. Download links stay available for about 3 months.

Limits

We provide the service "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version in force when you ordered applies to that order. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions: support@sunlitreel.com.
